Biertan Fortified Church

Biertan fortified church is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list since 1993. The Fortified Church Ensemble consists of three units, connected among each other through gate towers. The main element of the church is the polyptych apse, which is the largest in Transylvania. The Clock Tower, the wooden Tower with bells, and the Mausoleum tower are also sights that are certainly worthy to visit.
