The arrangement of the tourists in the minibuses and transport means during the tours will be made by the team and the organizer of the Tour of Romania in that tour registration order (through the advance payment) at the respective tour.

- between the advance payment time and the payment of the difference up to the full amount of the reserved service, but not less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the date of the service start for which the advance was paid. In these conditions, the user may choose between receiving back the equivalent of the advance paid to the representatives of www.tourofromania.com website or using this advance to book other service offered on the www.tourofromania.com website.
- after the moment of full payment for the reserved service as provided under the conditions provided below in the paragraph a)
a) if the cancellation/change is made with more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of the booked service (tour), the user may choose between receiving back the service paid to the www.tourofromania.com representatives or using this amount to book other service offered on the website www.touroformania.com.
b) if the cancellation/change is made less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of the booked service (tour), the user cannot receive the equivalent of the service paid to the www.tourofromania.com representatives.

In case of some fortuitous events that can occur by part of our customers the equivalent of the paid amount by Tour of Romania customers can be refunded completely. For such process, you should contact the www.tourofromania.com representatives at the contact dates provided on the www.tourofromania.com website.

Payment of the reservations and/or services:

We do not accept other payment modalities than those stated on the website www.tourofromania.com and we assume no responsibility for the cash sent by the user through various courier services.

Payment for reservations or services presented on the www.tourofromania.com website is subject to the following terms:
- an advance payment in the amount of at least 30% of the reserved services value is made within a maximum of three (3) calendar days from the date of booking confirmation by the www.tourofromania.com website representatives, but not less than 21 (twenty-one) calendar days remained till the start of the booked service/tour (day 1 of the tour).
- payment of the difference up to the full payment of the reserved services (amounting maximum 70% of the reserved services value) is made in a term of maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days remained till the start of the booked service/tour (day 1 of the tour).

Changes in the terms and conditions of use:
