Tour description
Maramures is a land blessed with a rare attractiveness, where you desire to go to enjoy the fantastic scenery, the traditions left untouched or the natural monuments. Historical Maramures is located in northern zone of Romania. We shall depart from Timisoara, pass through Carei and through Gutai Pass and we shall reach the realms of Maramures. We shall visit Poienile Izei (Wooden Church - UNESCO), we shall have a ride by ”mocanita” steam train, see the Horses Waterfalls, the Merry Cemetery in Sapanta and enjoy the traditional dishes. We invite you to participate in this five days trip, which will certainly delight you.
